Troubleshooting ClinicSync Reporting Access Issues
If you’re unable to access ClinicSync Reporting or receive an “invalid credentials” error, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Browser
ClinicSync Reporting is best accessed via Chrome or Firefox. Other browsers, including Safari, may not fully support the reporting system.
- Open Chrome or Firefox.
- Navigate to your ClinicSync Reporting tab.
2. Try Incognito/Private Mode
Sometimes browser extensions or saved sessions can interfere with login. To test this:
- Open an Incognito window in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+N / Cmd+Shift+N) or a Private window in Firefox.
- Log in with your TrustDrivenCare credentials.
- If it works in Incognito/Private mode, the issue is likely caused by cookies, cache, or extensions in your normal browser.
3. Clear Your Browser Cache
If logging in via Incognito works, clear your browser cache to resolve the issue in your regular browsing mode:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images and Files → Clear Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data → Cached Web Content → Clear
After clearing your cache, close the browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.
