Create JaneApp Staff Member

We won't need to create staff members soon with the JaneApp API, but until we need a staff member, the video above shows how we need to connect our staff member to ClinicSync Reporting.

We need to connect our staff member, we can NOT let them connect theirs long term, because 2FA will be enabled and for us to operate automatically with the 2FA, it needs to be our staff member and our phone number.
